Hello, its not me who has the issue but I just felt I need to step in and share my ideas

I dont know if he has called them, I personally called them once for something else and it really wasnt that much help... basically they told me to raise a CSE.... I waited for a good 18 minutes to just get this info though....

Ahaha my bad. Yep like I said sometimes you get a very helpful agent, sometimes not. If you even get through!

Hi! I'm new here.
I'm from Argentina and I'm on the same situation.
I'm on the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and they're asking me to get the ECA for my licence.
I'm working as an airline pilot but still whit the CPL licence. I can't find any clear information about the ECA, does anyone got this credential?
