Express Entry / Pending additional criteria

I have applied for express entry and fill out all information correctly and completely. However, the profile status is showing as Pending Additional Criteria. I notice in previous posts people have been asked to wait 24 hours. I have now waited more than 3 days. Initially even the points were not showing, but they started to show24 hours later. I have more points than is currently required to recieve an ITA. However, I still havent got a profile number or a job bank registration number because the profile is still Pending Addtional Criteria. Any suggestion on what I can do? Many thanks in advance.

Have you checked your messages to see if you have received the job bank registration code?

I got only one message, which says Express Entry Profile recieved and next steps is Job Bank registration. When I open the PDF file, the space next to job seeker validation code and express entry profile number is empty

Might be worth recreating a new profile then. Possible something got stuck.

Can i recreate another profile with the same email address?

Yes. Log into your gckey as usual. You can then withdraw your EE profile. Then use the come to Canada wizard to create another profile (logging in with the same email).

Which softwate you are using for opening the pdf?? Try using adobe full version

I usually use my IPAD. Should I be doing the application from a laptop or a desktop? Even if the PDF is wrong, what about the application stuatus? Why is it showing pending addtional criteria?

Because you haven't registered with job bank yet

So, i opened the PDF with a laptop and adobe full version and now see all number including profile number and job validation code. Does this mean when I register for the job bank, my profile/application status will change from pending additional criteria to something else?

even i have the same problem, i created ee profile and created job bank but still showing pending additional criteria. created ee profile last day by 12.30pm now its 7.30am still no change
