Incase you have not already done so, you need to quickly apply for your ECA (which could take a while to reach you).

You may want to go through this link (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html) and prepare the documents while you wait for the ECA

Zohebshaikh, I just used the link you sent to assess myself and a personal reference code was generated. No CRS. What should be my next step? How do I use the code?
Meanwhile my transcript and other results are already with WES. Hopefully it will be ready by January.

That indicates you are eligible for express entry. You may want to wait till you have your ECA in hand before you open an Express Entry profile (the profile has a validity of one year only, after which you will have to create another one).

Check your CRS score and share with us.. am not sure of where you will find your CRS in EE as it has been a while since I did mine.

I used that assessment and I'm still waiting for Their feedback via email. I also use another link and my point is 350.

• Your CRS is 350, you can confirm using the official CRS calculator: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
• Check if you can increase your score by understanding what impacts the parameters: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/criteria-comprehensive-ranking-system/grid.html
• Check 'CRS score of lowest-ranked candidate invited' for past few weeks to see the CRS score you will need here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/submit-profile/rounds-invitations/results-previous.html
• You will need to (ideally) be above 440 to stand a fair chance in Express Entry (without PNP nomination)
• It is very likely that you will need to evaluate PNP (Provincial Nomination) options which will give you an additional 600 points and put you above the IRCC cut-offs. Check the website of every Canadian province for PNP opportunities. Google 'ProvinceName Immigrant Nominee Program' (eg: Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program).

One more question, can I start applying for PNP since my WES is not yet ready? Is Saskatchewan easier to get?

If the province does not specifically ask for for ECA, then you can.
Yes, SK is easier and I have a nomination from them. Nova Scotia also has been a favorite here. You can try Manitoba too. Basically any province which does not require you to have a job offer is what you should be evaluating.
