Hello Everyone,

EE online services were down yesterday June 14, from 3am to 7am EST. I am trying to update my profile to upload new exam results. I have been unable to do so, even after the planned downtime. Anyone has an idea what is going on? Are you being able to access your profile, or is it only me?

I updated mine around same time, had no issues. Profile updated.

It's strange, I've created a new profile from scratch and I can view and update my profile as much as I want. However on my other profile I cannot update to add new language tests results .........

Guess my old profile was corrupt or something ??? . I'm able to update and re-update as much as i like in the new profile

So, if this helps anyone, just re-create a new profile if you have difficulties updating. Make sure to withdraw your initial profile, once the new one becomes active. Also note that it takes around 24 hours for the job bank registration to 'register' in the express entry profile. Only then your profile will become active.
