When I try to create the express entry profile it says 'you are not eligible for ExpressEntry at this time. ' after filling in all the details.
Primary applicant:-
Age: 31
Education: Bachelor's degree (WES), Canada 1 year PG diploma
Canadian Experience: 1 year (still working), currently on PGWP
Overseas experience: 2 year
CELPIP: R-6, W, S, L-9
Dependent:
Age: 36
Education: Bachelor's degree (WES)
Canadian Experience: 3 months
Overseas experience: 10 year
No Language Test
Could you please help? Since the primary applicant have Canadian experience & education, I hope I should be eligible for CEC?
