express entry not eligible

Hello everyone,

I applied for express entry after filling the application online immediately i received respond that i'm not eligible below is the details :
not having a valid language test, (i wrote my ielts on march 07 2020 same date)
• language test results that are more than two years old,
• a language test score that is too low,(ielts score overall is 7.0 also my husband 5.5)
• not having enough relevant work experience(i have more than 5 yrs working experience also my husband),
• not having the required education level,(bachelors and my husband Masters degree)
• not having enough funds. (for family of 5 i filled $28,000).

i will need advice on what to do next also can my husband create another profile for express entry ?

Do you have ECAs? Is your work experience skilled? Is at least one year continuous?

1, i have my ECA done with my husband too.
2, yes my working experience skilled (airline ticket and my Husband is IT , Technical Support Agent etc IT related working experience)
3, i wrote my IELTS 07/03/2020 Same as my husband.
