Express Entry No Job Offer with current US experience

Hi Guys,

Thanks for the discussion thread here, its very useful. Please advise on my situation

My score under the express entry system is 478, I do not have a job offer and no provincial nomination. The online system shows I meet the criteria for FSW.

However given the recent draws it appears ITA are only being issued for applicants with job offers and no advantage being given to human capital.

What should be the game plan for applicants like me. Should we apply for PNP or would CIC eventually invite people with high human capital ?

Please advise .

Why not both? It never hurts to try to find valid job offer from canadian employers or get a provincial nomination while you wait to be invited.
