Express entry - My child was born in Canada

Hi,
My Child was born in Canada, and he has his Canadian passport while we were in Work Permit.
Now we are applying for PR - Express Entry.
What are the steps that I need to consider, Should i consider my child as a member accompanying me to Canada. Or should i say no to this question
