The only thing we all can do is wait ! now there are many rumors around for the changes in EE this fall however i cannot state the source or names on the below typed information, this is only to encourage or motive candidates with 400+ points who are loosing hope:
One of my friend has been actively communicating with the MP's in ontario, they had also attended the session in Brampton last month with McCallum that video was shared around everywhere so i dont want to repeat, now my friends in ontario are following up with these mp's again to know the status of this issue. Through one of the source it is expected that after October 10th there might be some news !
Even im counting on this government like crazy

I still think CIC should have a separate criteria in assessing (1) students, (2) people with job offer / provincial nomination, and (3) federal skilled workers
That way, people won't flock to the easiest route hehe and Canada gets to pick the best from the candidates they have per category.
As it stands with the data provided, it looks like it will be a while before scores ever go down. There's just too many people waiting now more than before.
