Express Entry - Married but not seperated

I've applied for Express entry and expecting an ITA have 408 points. Got married last year but due to misunderstanding my wife are living separately. I hope all our misunderstanding will get resolved at some point of time. But as of now we are living seperately without any communication. So its tough for me to ask her to get the details of her passport and medicals. As I'm married I cannot apply as single and I don't want to do that even. Can any one tell me solution other than divorce ?

You would need her details as long as you guys are married.
