Express Entry making Ineligible,though meeting the Criteria for FSWP

Am i eligible for EE?

Please see 'My comments' for each of the criteria, CIC has given reasons for ineligibilty.

1.not having a valid language test
My comment::i have.general IELTS
2.language test results that are more than two years old
My comment::Test taken Oct 26,2013;which is less than 2 years
3.a language test score that is too low
My comment::R 7;L6;W6;S7 which is equavalent to CLB 7 in all modules which is the criteria for FSWP
4.not having enough relevant work experience
My Comments::6+ years in NOC 2171
5.not having the required education level
My Comments ::Bachelors 4 years (As per WES)
6.not having enough funds
My Comments::Having 14000/CAD

What?!! How could CIC make so many mistakes on obvious facts? Something must be wrong.

Hi,

Same for me ... I received a message a couple of minutes after having sent my electronic application.
I double checked everything and I meet every single criteria of langage, funds work, education ...
And I have now a canadian son that I would like to raise in the country he is born ...

It is weird.
I do not know if I should submit it again.
