Hello,
I am an international student who grew up in the Republic of Ivory coast. I now live in in the United States and planned to immigrate to Canada under the express entry. I am both English and French speaker. I have a bachelor degree and certificates from a university in the United States and my high school diploma and from high school in French. Having said that, I was reading a bit about the requirements before applying and I came across ECA and language test equivalency. I understand that one must pass test to prove prove proficiency in both languages for your application to move forward. My question is as followed, is there is a way cross evaluate my degrees in order to show my proficiency or do I absolutely need to pass the tests (which I am fully capable of doing).
Thanks,
