Express entry invalid

Hi,
I created my profile and filled out the application. I did not submit my ECA scores accidentally then but I had submitted the application and it showed ineligible to apply. Now that I have my scores correctly I want to reapply, it asks a question on whether I have applied for immigration before. So should I answer yes, even though my entry was deemed ineligible the first time.

Based on above scenario your answer should be NO.

Until you actually submit the PR application, all you are doing is asking to be invited. No immigration application has been made.
