Express Entry: Increase CRS Score

Hi Please can you tell me if anyone has managed to increase their CRS score as when I applied I had been only working full time for one year. Now I have completed two years of full time employment yet my score has remained the same. So does this mean you need to contact the CIC direct. I thought it should automatically get updated. Thanks
