How long it takes is unimportant. High and low scores is unimportant. A gold medalist will get lowest scores. I have full work experience and I still did not get it. That is why draws should be made in India.

Hello all,
What should i enter in the EE application for " full academic years"?
I started my education in MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery) in 8/2010 and gave my final exam in 08/2015, but was awarded degree after one year mandatory internship in 02/2017. It amounts to total of 6.5, but the form won't accept halves. Should I enter 6 or 7?? MBBS in India is a 5.5 year course.
My ECA from MCC does not mention years, it just states *Doctor of Medicine.
Kindly help as I am stuck on this step.

Put as 6 then. Nothing will happen. In your Wes, if your qualifying.

If you have got 600 points under ALberta already, please appear for upfront Medicals

3 months average is enough for express entry

I have just submitted my EE application yesterday after receiving the PNP invite from Alberta, which is the forum I need to follow for timelines and updates after submitting the application? Can you guide me in the right direction. I have also completed my upfront medicals. Thanks

Hello all,

I have an unique scenario and needed some guidance. I have applied for PGWP in Jan 2021 and still waiting for a response from IRCC on it. I did complete my one year experience in Jan 2022. Can I go ahead and apply for PR via express entry given the fact that my PGWP application is still in progress?

Yes, you can apply.

Hello everyone, I need some answers to my queries here:

1. Is it okay to apply for PR (Create an EE Profile, considering I'm eligible for FSW with a decent CRS score) and apply for Study Permit at the same time? Will this affect both applications?
2. Can I also apply in 2 provinces that I'm interested for PNP?
3. How are people receiving provincial nominations even though they don't have an EE profile yet? (According to what I read most provinces requires you to create an EE profile first before applying for PNP)
4. What are the things you can recommend while waiting for Study Permit/PR approval while inside Canada?
5. Is it possible to get a job offer and get a work permit after I graduated from a Private College not eligible for PGWP?

Thanks for your answers in advance.

Hello all. There is new announcement in CIC regarding the EE applications. My spouse is studying In Canada and he will complete his graduation by End of this year. I’m planning to apply for Open work permit from India. Can he create a new EE profile at the same time when he is studying?

He can certainly create an EE profile while studying as long as he meets the minimum criteria.

Hello,

After landing into Canada for the first time using a CoPR, can I apply for PR card and return to home country by giving a mailing address of a friend? Can the friend receive the PR card on my behalf and then courier to me or hand it over to me?

What else is the option? Can we return to home country and apply for a PRTD when we want to travel again?
