hello guys, new here. I have a couple question regarding Express Entry Profile.

Question 1. Is it possible to create separate profile on express entry for both me and my husband ? or is this against any rule ?
IE: Express entry profile 1 : Me as Primary and husband as secondary
Express entry profile 2 : Husband as Primary and me as secondary

Reason being, I have higher chances for FSW and CEC, whereas husband only have chance in CEC(but with low score). But husband might have a better luck to score an invite with Ontario PNP (still looking into this )so I am considering to have him place as primary too.

Question 2 : If my husband is here in Canada on ICT visa, exempted from needing an LMIA. Does he need to request the company to get a LMIA work permit or just a letter stating job offer after PR is issued in order to claim the extra 50 point for job offer? Assuming he has already worked for the company for minimum 1 year.

Question 3 : If I am working on a open work permit, do I need to request the company to apply for a LMIA work permit to replace the open work permit I have, or just a letter stating job offer after PR is issued in order to claim the extra 50 point for job offer? Assuming I have already worked for the company for minimum 1 year.

You can create a profile with dependants like husband, children only. Also, your husband and you can create different profiles without mentioning dependents

I am Outland pr applicant. AOR 18th July 2021. My medicals expired on 4th nov. But on 19th nov I had an update saying I passed my medicals. Today I see the update of my medicals are gone. What does that mean?

Hello All,

I have received an invitation under PNP from Alberta and have already applied for PCC. I have doubts regarding proof of fund and the medical exam to be taken.

1. Should I opt for medical upfront or I can submit the documents first and then when asked by the officer I can do it then provided the validity of medical is only a year.
2. Regarding proof of funds to be shown i.e 8 lakh INR, should it be the 6-month average balance in the bank account ?? If not what are the ways of showing the minimum balance ?

I have given GT IELTS 5 times but unable to get the desired score 8777. Moreover, there is no news for CRS draw for outlanders. So I am willing to invest in study Visa. I have masters equivalency in ECA.

Question:
I have only 47% in graduation and 6.2 cgpa in MBA thru distance mode from Amity university. Is there a chance to get 1 year study visa in public college? Should I try? I have my sibling who is PR in Ontario but I am flexible with other provinces too. Please advise.

Nothing to worry about. People who get 60% are fishy people or their lecturers graded them up or some mafia family son. Real students marks will always low. EU & US students are like that. Indian marks are graded high because they dont immigrate and they need to work in Indian corporates. Coming to English test, try CELPIP if you can cope up with speech. Rest is all easy.

This is what I am assuming. I applied for BC Asst CEO kind of job in administration NOC. I got it within few weeks. I jumped with joy and called up everyone and thought of giving 500 beer caskets party to my town, cut 30 buffaloes, 5000 lamb, 13000 chickens. Next year. There is no timeline and when FSW draws resume is not known. Expect high scores for the first draw. Government may revamp program over the coming year too.
