I created my profile for the Express Entry. Immediately i submitted, i got notification that i am ineligible. But there were no scores for each of the factors. Really confused.

What was the reason of this "ineligibility"? They must have shared this info in your account through a pdf file. I got ineligible status before as well and they clearly highlighted that one of my Police Clearance certs wasn't in order. I corrected that and shared another similar application with the correct doc and now it is under assessment. In any case, you'll have to create another profile by fixing the reason of the eligibility and go from there. Hope this helps.

I would be really grateful if you could clear one of my doubt regarding POF.

Me and my husband our applying together and I am the primary applicant. I did not have sufficient funds in my account therefore my father in law transfered the funds to my account as a gift deed and we though of showing an affidavit.

However later somebody told me that gift deed can only be given by parents or siblings i.e. blood relations.
So now should I withdraw the amount given by my father in law and then my parents should transfer the gift deed to me. Then should both of these big deposits and withdrawals need to be explained in LOE and an affidavit should be made on my parents name.

Will it create any issue? Is there any other way out?

I have received my invitation to Canda. One of the documents that i have to provide them is Proof of means of financial support. I am currently studying in Australia. I s it possible that i give my dad's bank statement and a letter from him stating that he would be providing me the funds for this?

No buddy you cannot. The account statement has to be your's or of your co-applicant. However you can have your dad transfer that money to your account and you make a gift deed and submit that.

With CRS score of 325 , getting ITA is not possible. Try ways to increase to the CRS score or what is the CRS score if you add your spouse's details. If the final CRS score comes around 440+ , there are chances getting ITA. If the CRS score is between 420 to 440 , you can still try for OINP. Anything less than 420 , chances are very very slim.

am preparing my EE profile, me and my wife both have Bachelor`s degree
i want to increase my chances, so i am on trying to enroll my self in UCAM university ( SPAIN ), Online MBA program.( one year program )

i do have real concerns, whether this program would be recognized by WES or not...??i dont want to wase a
i tried to check over the internet if someone got this MBA and got assessed by WES, couldn`t find any..

Please Advise

I will create a fresh profile. But can I still use the same Personal Identification code generated through Eligibility test or I have to generate another one.

Hey, quick query: I've submitted my profile on the 24th Mar and got an AoR right away. Passed the meds 5th Apr, however, since then the application status has been sitting in "reviewing eligibility requirements" and says the BG check hasn't even started yet. All in all, i'm in the 4th month since submitting.

Is this normal to some other threads/applications that people are experiencing? Also, what's the recent trend of timelines observed around the status updates/changes and PPR?

I understand that I'm within the 6 months period, but just curious as I haven't seen any movement or updates in a while now.

You can try to check the Wes website of accreditation listed Universities. I suppose there are a couple of other CIC approved accreditation bodies apart from Wes as well. Have a check on that

Good day house.

I'm a prospective PR. My application to MPNP was via paper application in 2016. Got nominated 2017 and applied to CIC using paper application (reason was that the nomination certificate was not qualified for express entry).

My application has reached an advanced stage. My family and I have undergone medicals and passed. Just awaiting PPR and so on.

I am presently undergoing some pre-arrival services while still here in Nigeria. I was asked to give details of my IELTS which has expired in June. (My IELTS was done in June, 2016).

Will this information jeopardize my application? I feel I do not need to renew as I have reached this level.

Or should I go ahead to sit for another IELTS to play safe?

Your advice please.
