Hi

I have a question, my sister has applied for express entry and she intends to stay in either Ontario or BC, but I live in montreal. If and when she gets her CoPR can she land in Montreal stay with me for while till we figure out further arrangements for her before she travels there, or she would have to land in Ontario before she can come and stay with me in montreal for a bit, while figure out her arrengements. would that make a difference since she has no CSQ?

Thanks
If its direct entry, then there is no problem. She can live anywhere.

No she has not landed yet, in fact she hasn't got a PPR yet. I am asking where should she be landing so there are no problems.

I just want her to come to Montreal first so I can help apply jobs and then help her find a place where she get a job (so she doesn't have to pay seperate rent etc. while she's not working) , whether BC or Ontario as that's where she wants to live. Will it be okay if she lands in Montreal or Ottawa ? even though she put Toronto as the place she wanted to live in her FSW-O application

Generally, the holder of a Canada Immigration Visa may enter Canada at any port of entry without difficulty except Quebec. You need certain certificates before landing in Quebec.

Hi Friends,
My profile resides in the pool with CRS 416.
My sister had already received an ITA last year, and probably she would be receiving her SIM in few months. Could anyone please let me know if I get the additional 15 points as soon as she get her SIM, or I need to wait until she gets her PR card.

What is a SIM?

Hello to everyone.

I have a query, I am married and my husband does not want to move to Canada, he is doing quite well here, can I apply and go with my son only. or there will be any problem?

Thank a lot in advance.

so

Sorry it was typo, its Sin number

You can claim the siblings points once she becomes a PR (that is, once she completes the landing process) AND if she's living in Canada.

Not having the PR card is irrelevant.

You can go with your son. There is no problem at all.

Query about POF:
Dear Friends,
I have just 50k INR in my account(1k CAD)
I have PF balance of 600k INR (12k CAD)
My wife has Ac balance of 500k INR (10k CAD)
For a family of 3, need to show 20k CAD.

Is what I have enough or should I arrange for gift deed?
I'm asking to know if accompanying spouse A/c balance is considered as POF?
Your funds look good to me.
Yes, your spouse's A/C balance is considered as POF.
