I am unable to get a reference letter for one of the company I worked in as it no longer exists . I have the appointment and experience letter of the company.
Can anyone suggest me any alternative.

Get the reference letter from your ex-colleague/manager with old business card copy and then notarize the letter,also include work contracts,appraisal/promotion letters,company ID,pay slips or copies of bank statement showing salary transfer for the period you have worked there.

Do we need reference letters from all the previous employers. That would be quite tedious to get it, if it's true.

Won't offer letters and relieving letters suffice?

Need help. I have received NSPNP nomination, same has been also reflected in EE profile. I had a question that, for last 10 years work experience section, can I remove one of the work ex, thats irrelavent and doesnt really change my points either. ?????
(1) If I remove it, do I still need to attach reference letters for that company. ???
(2) Since CIC asks for 10 years of experience, do i have to mention in Work details or leave that blank and just mention for last 5 years in stead?? IS that acceptable /????
(3) shall I remove this "irrelevant" work Ex. from my EE profile as well ?? ( as I am awaiting ITA right now, and only has a few days to make changes to my profile ????

Please help.............I need to fix this...!! thank you in advance...!!

Hi to all seniors/experts,

I am little confused about my NOC, hence writing to you. My details are as per below:
1. Diploma in Electrical Engg passed out in Nov. 2008 (2 Years Sec. school Diploma, as per ECA)
2. B.Tech. in Electrical Engg passed out in Sep. 2016 (4 Years Bachelor's degree, as per ECA)

I initially completed my diploma and started working with Siemens Ltd. My position/title was "Order Manager" for handling projects of Medium Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear (MV-GIS) products.
I worked here for 5.10 years for 48 hours per week (full-time). I completed my B.Tech as part time studies while on job at same firm. My major roles & responsibilities were as per below:
- Support to cross-functional teams like business development, proposal, sales during order acquisition stage
- Techno-commercial study of tenders / contracts, understanding the project requirement for power grids / substations and GIS switchboards.
- Contract review with all stakeholders, cost analysis as per technical specifications of project.
- Engineering and electrical schematic drawing preparations of MV-GIS products as per scope of supply.
- Obtain drawing approvals / manufacturing clearance from customer and process these for factory loading.
- Co-ordinate & support all functional teams in factory like BA, purchase, logistics, production, testing, etc., for overall project management till dispatches & post dispatch services.
- Handle factory visits of customers / inspecting authorities and give product presentations.
- Active participations in IMS Audits as Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, EHS ISO 14001, BS OHSAS 18001 by TÜV SÜD South Asia).
- Key technical member in implementation of NxTools+ software for secondary GIS products.
- Impart classroom trainings, product demo to colleagues within organization and customers.
- Responsible as operations interface involved in close co-ordination for turnover reviews, factory loading, monitoring finished goods, preparation of loading charts for secondary GIS products.

Above profile was properly into Order/Project management of Electric Switchgear products. Major Clients were Government Electricity Board Utilities, Private companies, Contractors serving the electric substation & utilities.

I am confused which NOC to go with. I have found 2 NOCs so far as per below:
0211 - Engineering managers
2133 - Electrical and electronics engineers

Please help me out with which one to select for Express Entry profile creation.

Hi All,

I received my ITA on JAN 24. Have time till APR 24 '2018. Sent my FBI PCC Documents by FedEx today . That means will not be able to meet deadline. Can someone help me with the below queries.

1. When should I complete and submit my Permanent Residency application. Should I wait till 2nd week of April and request an extension with LOE explaining delay in FBI PCC

2. I cannot find any attach documents option in my PR form. Will I get that after I submit the form.

3. What is validity of India PCC. When should I get the same.

4. Any documents from the checklist needs to be notarized.

Please help as I am confused regarding submission of PR form and attaching documents

Contact FBI by email and ask them to dispatch the PCC to any trusted friend/relative you may have in USA or Canada. Instead of India as after dispatch it will be posted by ordinary mail and in my case it took more than a month after dispatch to arrive, in torn and abused condition. I had to appeal to FBI to send it again but this time to an american address. my uncle scanned and sent a copy to me which i uploaded

My Qualification is
1. Diploma in Computer Tech (3 years)
2. Bachelor in Visual Communication (3 years)

WES Given Report as:
1. Diploma - Seconday School Diploma and Diploma (two years)
2. Bachelor - Bachelor's Degree (4 years)


My doubt is: In Canada my profession related Diploma course considered as Secondary school diploma only and degree considered as 4 years which is actually not related to my profession. Do I face any problem there while searching for job. Do I need to do anything for this?

Question: Suppose I apply for PCC today I get it this month end for me and my husband for malaysia. And suppose if my husband travels again in March end to malaysia he has some work. So will cic question the date again of entry to malaysia. As PCC will be done only till the last month.
