Hey,

I am sorry but can you please help me with something else? :(

My husband is the primary applicant. During our time of getting into the pool his sister (spouse of the primary applicant in her case) got the PR but was yet to land. So we put "No" on the section of "if any relatives lives or have PR in Canada". We received our AOR in April and they landed on March.

I know this information would not effect the scoring or as such. Neither we have plan to move with them either. Do you think we should inform CIC regarding this, now that my sister-in-law has received her PR card. If yes.. How do we inform this?

Thanks a lot for all the help. And am sorry if my msg is confusing.

Kind Regards,

It's not necessary to inform CIC.
You only have to tell CIC about relatives in Canada if you want to claim points for them. As such, many people have Canadian relatives in Canada before they begin their process, and choose to leave them out of their EE profiles in order to avoid the laborious task of proving the relationship.
It's harmless; CIC doesn't care about your relatives unless you are claiming points.

Hello All,

I have a question regarding the police clearance and date of birth certificate. what is the validation for each one of them?
And also, Is it possible to get the documents again if you are under implied status from Canada? I will be really thankful if someone can reply?

Thanks,
Arjun

Did not get your question - Police Clearance from which country? What is the issue with birth certificate?

Hello All,

I am residing in Canada and currently on Implied status and need a police clearance from India through BLS. I am not sure if I would be able to submit the passport and get the police clearance while I am on implied status.

Thanks.

Have you read the thread "SUMMARY OF ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL EXPRESS ENTRY PNP STREAMS" ?
It seems the obvious place for you to start.

I have three questions:

a) Where does one pay the RPRF fee if one has not yet received a request?
b) Where does one order GCMS notes?
c) What is the number that CIC/IRCC can be contacted at?

Thanks in advance! :)

Try improving your IELTS and target 8777 in LRWS, it will improve your score considerably. Not sure which PNPs are open now, you will have to check their respective websites to get more inform.

WES accredits degrees that aren't listed in the equivalency tool.
It might take a little longer, though, because they have to do extra research.
