Thanks Rajkamal for the valuable information.
Q1. I have calculated my CRS tentative points for FSWP and it is 412 point only with maximum effort. I am worrying whether this much points will make sense to apply for canada PR as we can see most CIC draw is above 450+ point. Is there any other option left for me to submit my application with 412 Point. - I am not sure whether the co-applicant has taken IELTS. If not, you can claim up to 20 points for the co-applicant's IELTS. Also, I am not sure of the primary applicant's IELTS, if you target CLB 9 (LRWS 8777), it could take your CRS score north probably making you eligible to receive direct ITA.
At 412, you are eligible to receive PT NOI from Ontario. But lately, there has been a temporary hiatus in Ontario sending out PTs. It seems OINP is clearing the backlog which they have accumulated since November (as they had to process Syrian refugee applications). Post this, which I assume would be May 2016 onwards, they would start issuing PTs. My assumption is based on the fact that they have updated OINP settlement funds requirement here http://www.ontarioimmigration.ca/en/pnp/OI_PNPNEW.html. The requirement refers to applications that will be submitted after May 6, 2016. For other PNPs you can check this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/provincial/apply-who.asp.
Q2. Regarding WES verification, Me and my Wife both would be going through this process. Question is, Is it required to create 2 WES profile with 2 WES reference number? Is it so, we have to pay the fees Twice $207+207 and two courier would be sending to their office.
Yes, you will have to create two WES account/profile per applicant, you cannot combine two applications together. However, per applicant you can submit any number of degrees as WES does not charge based on the number of degrees. The evaluation would cost you CAD 322 per applicant. While sending the courier to WES, you can send both your's and your wife's sealed envelope in a single master envelope with respective reference numbers mentioned in each envelope.
Thanks for your answer!
