I'm from the UK, been there all my life and want a new start in Canada.

As I dont have much education, but I've been working as a Laboratory Assistant over 9 years now.

Is there a way of me getting into Canada ?

You need at least a post secondary diploma/degree to be eligible for Express Entry. Key in the details in the above tool and see if you are eligible. Also, you need to get your education credentials evaluated`before you can create your EE profile.

You can get ITA in 3 different ways
1) Direct ITA - To get a direct ITA (based on the current trend), your CRS should be at least 470 and above (but let's assume it may come down a bit, so a safer bet would be 460)
2) PNP - If your score is below 470 and you get a provincial nomination, it will add 600 points to your existing score which will make you eligible to receive an ITA in the next round of invitation.
3) Job Offer - If your score is below 470 and you have an LMIA backed job offer, it will add 600 points to your existing score which will make you eligible to receive an ITA in the next round of invitation.

Theoretically, this is good enough, although you may have to wait a few months before you get an ITA, given current trends.

I am going to get an employment letter from my previous workplace. I need some help in below query.

Giving some detailed information
- I applied for the post-graduate work permit on 24-Feb-2015.
- My study permit was valid till 31-March-2015. From 1-April-2015, I was on implied status till 1-May-2015.
- But the date issue of PGWP is on 2-May-2015.

- I started working part-time for this job from 1-April-2015 to 8-Aug-2015 (18hrs/week)
- I believe that I will be able to count my work experience from the above job only from 2-May-2015. As per the date of issue of PGWP.
- Should I need to ask the HR of that company to give the employment letter from 1-April-2015 to Aug-2015 or 2-May-2015 to Aug-2015?

Yes, you will be able to consider your work experience only from May 2, 2015. But since you already started working at the fore mentioned company from April 1, 2015, the letter should ideally state the actual dates (as your pay stubs, appointment letter etc would have April 1 mentioned in it). You can keep an LOE mentioning the same as well and you should be good.

However, Is it possible to approach my current employer to shift me to Canada in Internal transfer?
Will it help to increase my score?
What about LMIA?

Also my parent company is a US based company , do not have any companies in Canada. (They may provide work from home).
Will CIC allow this kind of arrangement?

How this can be taken forward?

I have done my medical studies in ukraine and before leaving, I have asked for a police certificate.
police certfiicate dated the 14th of july 2011.
I left the 20th of july..

1. should I asked for a new one?
2. Validity of Police certificate as its not so easy to get one . ??? ???

In that case, see if you can go back and remove your degree from your profile. Once you do that, the system will not prompt you to upload your degree.

Can I leave it as it is and upload it? I have my diploma translated and ready. Is it going to change anything?

Actually, I started working part-time in this company from 6-Oct-2014 to 31-March-2015, during that time I was on the study permit. The same company in mid-March provided me a new contract from 1st-April-2015 to 08-Aug-2015. So I have two contracts issued by the company.
- First contract from 6-Oct-2014 to 31-March-2015 (Study permit and off-campus work permit)
- Second contract from 1st-April-2015 to 08-Aug-2015 (Post-graduate work permit)
- T4 issued by the company has one fiscal year information from Jan-2015 to Dec-2015, which covers both the contracts.

As you mentioned, I am going to use my second contract in work history section to get points for my Candian experience and both the contracts in personal history sections. Correct me, If I am wrong.

For proof of work experience,
1) employment letter
2) pay slips for my entire period
3) T4 tax slips

Do I need to give anyone of the above documents or all the above for the proof?

- My passport has his old name
- Do I need to mention my father's old name and new name in the police clearance certificate form or just old name as mentioned in passport?
