Well the security step is not very transparent in the notes, you'll really have to pay attention to the admissibility section (there are separate pages in the notes that talk about that). Do you at all see a note about A11.2 'Met' or 'Passed' in your notes? It is strange that you don't see that part. A11.2 is the minimum eligibility criteria (MEC check) - This verifies if you have picked the correct NOC and your responsibilities in the reference letter is tallied with the responsibilities listed under the NOC among other things.

I wish you good luck - Keep us posted about the progress and hope they resume normal processing of applications in the near future.

This is much better. I have highlighted all the good points above. The security will read 'Not Started' until the application is finalized and you get PPR AFAIK. From the information that you have provided, looks like your security checks has begun and is underway.

In some cases, your case could be referred to CSIS for further scrutiny (As a part of random quality check or if there is a name / DOB match in the database etc). In that case, CSIS has to do further checks and then provide a report to IRCC after which IRCC will continue further processing of your application. See if you find anything in the notes that indicate your file was forwarded to CSIS (And I really hope this isn't the case).

Just curious, do you have a long international travel history?

I am pretty new to this group so apologies in advance if this is not the right place to ask these questions -

1. I have 474 CRS score as of now with my CELPIP-G scores, waiting for IELTS scores to come out in a week. What are the chances of getting an ITA in the near future?

2. Should I push my employer for filing LMIA for the job offer to get some additional points? They have filed for an ICT work permit a month back, I have the Job offer with LMIA approved as ICT is LMIA exempt.

3. Does my job offer has any value when providing proof of fund?

4. Any risk of applying for PR while ICT work permit is in processing?

Keep us posted. If you don't hear anything for another couple of months, you could consider ordering another set of notes to see if you see any further information regarding your application. In the past, ordering GCMS notes sometimes moved the application further - This has been reported several times but I cannot confirm this with 100% confidence.

I have just begun my journey to get Canada PR and read through a few of the posts that helped in understanding the process. I got my IELTS score and just created by profile. I need one clarification regarding the country of residence as I am in a very peculiar situation.

I am an Indian and work for a company in India but half the time I stay in Singapore where I have residence permit as my wife works in Singapore. I have been staying in Singapore for the past 2 months and expect the same for the foreseeable future till commercial travel resumes. Earlier it used by 1 month in India and 1 month in Singapore.

What should be my country of residence?

I completed 11 papers of ACCA and OBU degree when applying for evaluation on WES should i go for two degrees option because i have Advanced Diploma in Accounting & Business which is equivalent to 3 years degree and OBU Oxford Brookes Degree which i read on many forums it is equivalent to 4 years degree. My husband is primary applicant and he is in Canada and need to give biometrics. And also, he didn't received call.
