merci beaucoup!

Hi,
Can someone pls help me with Study and language section:
I have a bachelors degree from India so for level of education I selected - "Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute"
BUT
After this I have a 2 year PGDM- Postgraduate Diploma in Management (MBA) from india and for that should i select:
1.Bachelor's degree OR a three or more year program at a university, college, trade or technical school, or other institute (as thats the prerequisite

)
OR

2.Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees. One must be for a program of three or more years.

AND for Work History Section:
I am an accounting technician / bookkeeper (NOC 1311)- I have shown a work experience where i did a job as accounting technician / bookkeeper but my Offer letter reads Job title as Branch Coordinator - Can i still select NoC code as "accounting technician / bookkeeper" ?

Any help is really appreciated.
Thanks everyone.

1st Experience -- 27th May13 to 06th Aug15 ( 2years, 2months and 10 days)
2nd Experience -- 16th Nov15 to 13th May16 (6 months)
3rd Experience -- 26th Sept16 (current job)

Hi Experts

Could you pl review my above mentioned experience details and confirm me with date of completion of 3 years.
Will it be 15th Jan17( day-wise) or 26th Jan17 ( month-wise) ? Reason behind highlighting it, if we have draw on 25th Jan17, can I accept ITA ( claiming 3 years of exp) ?

TIA

For education, what does your ECA say? Did you do equivalency for both your courses? If so so long as ECA for one says it's equivalent to a bachelors of three years or more and the other says it's equivalent to bachelors or diploma, then you can select Two or More certificates or diploma.

For Job experience, YES, you must use the NOC that most closely resembles what your reference letter says you did regardless of job title, but be sure to explain this in a LoE.

Go for 3 - remember that if your degrees are not in English you'll have to translate them. IELTS isn't necessary to upload as they can check the results with your test result number.

I am sorry it it is trivial question, but how can I verify that the EE profile is in the pool and ready for next draw? I am really confused.

Hi,
When you log into your profile and check status and messages associated with your EE profile, you should see a table that has the following rows:

Application/profile status: Open
Province/Territory Nomination: No nomination at this time
Job Bank Registration: Accepted
Review of Minimum Entry Criteria: Met
ITA Status: No invitation at this time
Review of submitted documents

I believe that if application/profile status is open, then you should be in the pool (if have completed all the steps then job bank registration will need to be "accepted" and review of minimum entry criteria "met"). My understanding is that this confirms that you are in the pool.

Thanks for your detailed response, really appreciated.

I have similar status like what you wrote exactly, just one confusing issue which is "Update Not Submitted" application details on the dashboard appears just after login, is it normal?

Thanks once more.

Hi diaa_algazzar,

Did you update your profile recently?
Click 'view submitted application' in your profile and see if all of the sections say 'transmitted'.
If some of the sections say 'updated', you have to save everything, click 'continue' and then 'transmit' the changes. The system will ask you to confirm the changes.
It will be something like I, FIRSTNAME LASTNAME agree that the information provided is correct to my knowledge... after signing it(clicking your name, and accept) you can transmit.

Just so you know, a lot of people including myself had an issue where the 'continue' button as mentioned above wasn't showing up since cic made the changes..cic recently fixed this issue and sent an email to everyone asking to update their profiles again.
If you had created your profile before November 19, you should've received a similar email from IRCC(cic).

Let me know if it helps.
Cheers!

Hi KrishnaManohar,

Thanks for your support.

Initially, I have reviewed my profile only, then press continue and sign electronically with my first and last names exactly as you explained.

As a result of this signature, my application detail in the dashboard changed from "submitted" to "update not submitted"

I did the above from different laptops, different browsers and everyday almost with no luck even reported yje issue to CIC team with no feedback till the moment.

Is it normal? am I still in the pool? I am really worried. :-[

My guess (and its only a guess) would be that the update you are trying to submit is not valid or incomplete (i.e. there may be an incomplete part of the form that you are trying to submit). Have you run the verification check on each form that you have attempted to update? It would be worth checking this and then re-attempt to submit. If it still fails, you could lodge a technical fault via the button at the top of the screen, as this would seem strange to me.

If you have a status like I posted in my previous pool, this would suggest to be that you are already in the pool - but that any updates that you have attempted to make (but have been unable to submit successfully) would not be reflected in the profile that you have currently in the pool.

I hope this helps somewhat.
