My Canadian experience points kicked in as the system thinks I completed a year but in reality I haven't (I have like 47 full weeks). I started my current job at the end of January... So I have additional Canadian experience points that I probably shouldn't have for several other weeks. What do I do if I get ITA next draw?

It all depends on your relationship with your employer, if you were self-employed you might be in trouble:asd1985 said:Thanks Fizar. I'm just trying to find out if the term "independent contract worker" is an issue or not in my case. Lets see what DelPiero and RajKamal say about this.
;D
Thanks! Makes sense. I'll see what can to done to improve this.DelPiero07 said:It all depends on your relationship with your employer, if you were self-employed you might be in trouble:

If you were an employee you have to prove that as I "independent contractor" might raise red flags. Make sure you have a T4 (not T4A) and other proof of employment.
Regarding your reference letter I do not think those duties and responsibilities are sufficient. They seem too broad and too few for me, I reckon you have to be more specific to match it to your chosen NOC. Also, salary is missing.

No, you can mention those once you receive your ITA in the personal history section.cpsingh said:Guys, if we have already got WES assesment done & got evaluated as "Master's Degree", Do we still need to mention about Secondary & higher Secondary details ?
I think it is implicit that we already did it. Isnt it ?
Thanks delpiero07. But with my consience, i have mentioned both my bachelors degree & masters degree both which I got evaluated from WES aa well. And even they didnt asked about secondary & higher secondary details.DelPiero07 said:No, you can mention those once you receive your ITA in the personal history section.
Mention only your masters in the education section as it is your highest credential.
