Express Entry - Importance of Province Nomination

Dear All,
I tried hard to search the web and this website but unable to get a clear picture to my query. I have few questions that are holding me back and I am unable to take the next step.
1/ If we have enough points to receive an ITA in the next draw than is it necessary to apply for the province nomination program and spend 1500 CAD ?
2/ I have received an interest of nomination from Ontario and would like to know what are the advantages and disadvantages to apply to the province nomination program except the additional 600 points which we get. ?
3/ Will it make a difference for issuing of PR if I do not apply for the province Nomination program and still get the ITA or chances of getting PR is higher if we apply and accept the province Nomination ?
4/ Do we need to show police verification as well while applying for PR ? As i had lived in England for 3 years and completed my bachelors and now i am back in India, will i need to show them police verification from UK as well ?
5/ I have 3 bank accounts and one FD can I show all the accounts to fulfill the 15,000 CAD requirement or I can only show one Bank account ?

I request someone to please answer the queries above as I am confused to the core.

1. You don't have to apply for province nominees if you have enough points to receive ita. People apply for nominations certificate only for 600 points if they don't have enough.

2. Advantages is 600points, disadvantages is nova days took longer to receive PR with PNP.

3. Chances are exactly the same is just time is different (CEC 2-4 months, FSW 3-5 months, PNP 6 months)

4. You need to show police clear certificate for every country where you spend 6 or more months during your 18 birthday

5. You can show 3 bank accounts to show proof of funds. You don't need to have this money only in one bank.

Hi Sara,
I am stuck again. I have just received the ITA and after going through the checklist I realized that the start date of work experience I showed might actually be different as the few initial months of my latest job I was not paid and the salary proof i can show will be a few months after the joining date.
1/ So, which dates should I put in the Express Entry application the date on my work experience letter from the company or the dates for which I have a salary proof?
2/ What is the best strategy to go and update my profile now ?
3/ Do I have to decline the invitation and recreate the express entry profile ?
Is there any other way to go about it ?

Any suggestions and advise will be really helpful as I heard the CIC takes about 3 to 4 weeks to respond to a query vide email and I do not have so much time to waste.
