sorry to hear about your situation. just modify your family info. if you already have an ITA, your points will be recalculated. Adding my spouse gave me 1 extra point. I hope your crs doesnt fall below the cut off.

i still did not get an invitation

in family info, i still keep as married right?

i keep her as not immigrating? or number of people travelling to canada as 1(that is me)?

non-accompanying spouse has to do medical and police certificates, so unless you have that already, that is going to be a roadblock.

until you get a separation order through court, only then you are separate. until then you are married.

You have to delete the application and start allover. The question whether your spouse is coming with you or not is at the questionaire stage . Keep your gc key. Delete the application . Start from the find out if you are eligible stag and work it from there. When you see the question is your spouse coming with you say no. There would be no colum for your spouse afterwards . Good luck

i completed this, no need to create new one, just update family information on top
