Express Entry Healthcare draw

Hi All,

My wife’s crs score is 461 and she did not receive any ita for the healthcare draw, anyone knows what could be the reason.

My wife worked as a Dental Associate (Noc-31110) from June-2019 till Oct-2021 and then we moved to Canada, and she started her Master in Healthcare Administration course (Jan-2022 to Dec-2023).
Currently , she is working as a Lead Medical Administrator in a medical setting since Jan-2024. (Noc-13112).

Sometimes it takes a day or two but the instructions say:

(2) Despite subsection (1), an eligible foreign national is not a member of the category established in section 2 if the work experience described in paragraphs (1)(a) to (c) was not accumulated within the three-year period preceding the date the officer receives their application for permanent residence.;

So she would not meet the requirements for NOC 31110? She would only have 4 months of experience (July to October 2021). Is that correct?

Yes, she has only 4 months which are falling in that 3 year period.

So she needs to focus on general draws which are well over 500 or PNP. She needs to look at ways to increase her score.

Yeah she will be around 506 after completing 1 year canadian residency exp.
and i am learning french to boost my score upto 540 range … currently k am sitting at 480.
