Express Entry has been pending since October of 2018

I applied for express entry in October 16 of 2018. Since then , i have passed my medical. Since i had small misdemeanor here (no DUI), i was asked to submit the court documents to prove what i was charged for, what was the outcome and what was the fine. I submitted everything on May 2 2019. Since then , there has been no movement in my case. I ordered GCMS notes and my criminality and security has not even started. I have no idea what to do. I called my Lawyer's office to see if they can do something to trigger the case movement but they said they cannot do anything and just wait.

Has anyone been in same situation and how were you able to get the file moving?
 
I waited for 18 months. July 22nd, 2018. I had my MP call every month and I was calling every 2 months. There was no difference. My security showed not started even when I received my GCMS notes in December 2019. Criminality was in progress as well. Eligibility, criminality and security were all passed the same day on December 17th, 2019 which happened to be the first time my case was opened by the Visa officer. Received remedical request same day. Its a waiting game unfortunately but no news is good news.

one of my friend got his PR after 8 months. If no progress call CIC after completion of 6 months.

you will get some fruitful reply.

did you apply GCMS notes?
 
I applied for express entry in October 25 of 2018. Since then , there has been no movement in my case. I ordered GCMS notes and my criminality and security has not even started.
