Express Entry For EU Citizens Criteria

Hi Friends,

I have 3 Questions..

1. I would Like to Know what is the criteria for Latvian citizens to apply PR for Canada..

2. I been married and working in UK for past 10 Years as retail manager. My spouse is Indian citizen.

3. I will get my British passport this November, Is it better to wait and apply with British Passport or apply now?

I will really appreciate any valuable feedback from you all

If you don't renounce your Latvian citizenship after getting UK citizenship I'd say it's fine. But if you do it might create inconsistency in your application document as the process might take several months.
