EXPRESS ENTRY FINANCIAL QUESTION. PLEASE HELP?

Guys, I have a quick question.
As we all know, we don't need any funds when we apply under CEC Express entry, but what if we owe the banks some money? I owe some money to the banks in form of credit cards and line of credit.
Do I need to pay off that first?
What are my options?

Upload a letter stating that you've been invited under the CEC program and no POF is required.

No need to provide a bank letter.

Even if they were to call the bank (which they wouldn't since you are not required to provide POF) they wouldn't disclose any information.

So you can either do what I stated above or change the funds to "0" if you do the latter you won't even have to upload a letter.

I can't recall the exact phrasing but there is a question that asks you how much money you'll bring to Canada.

If you change it to "0" there won't be a slot for proof of funds, which is fine since you're CEC
