Express Entry Eligibility

Hello ...is this necessary for apply an express entry that..you need to have the work experience in the relevant field in which you completed your graduation or any degree?
because I completed my graduation in "B.com" and I have 3 years of experience in "Graphics Designing" field with MNC (Vistaprint). and I completed my graphics designing in private institute (Arena Animation) certificate course.
Other than that I want to know about the required documents related to work experience, and is that necessary to submit the bank statement that reflects the monthly salary.

Please help me to solve my confusion.

1 - Your work experience is fine.
2 - Google express entry intake to know the requirements for the reference letter.
3 - A bank statement is recommended if your bank letter does not provide the information as per IRCC's guidelines. You can upload paystubs to prove you're getting paid.

But my question is....my graduation degree and my work experience is totally from different field.
so it is required to apply in express entry that you need the experience in relevant field in which you completed your graduation or any degree?
and am i eligible to apply for express entry?
