Express entry eligibility- help guys!

Hi guys I need your help on this,
Husband applied for BC PNP in December of 2014. Under NOC C ( long haul truck driver) ,can we apply to express entry?
I'm asking cuz we did welcome to Canada tool and they said that we are eligible for EE.He had 3 years work experience in NOC B back home,he has job offer and LMO ,he's3 secondary school diplomas, 25 years old,and has Canadian citizens close relatives.
Confusing part is that EE accepts only NOC A B O ,and he works here in NOC C.I really hope someone can clear this up for us,thank you!

Any advice of who can I call to get answers??

You need to go through the points structure for Express Entry and see what score he could get.

With no class 0, A or B work experience in Canada, I believe he is unlikely to receive an invitation to apply for EE.

Still, having a PNP is handy enough.
