Hi Folks,

I have done my graduation in 5 years instead of 4 years. So in Express entry study section i mentioned that i have started 2006 and completed in 2011. My question is what should i write under:

1. Complete/full academic years: 4 years or 5 Years( my ECA report says Bachelors(4 years Canadian equivalency)

2. Currently i am studying here in Canada in a diploma course which is not completed yet. Therefore, i mentioned No in "Was Vwar awarded a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate for this period of study?

But then it asks for "Has vwar had an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) within the past five years for this degree, diploma or certificate?"

A)What should i write yes or no?

B)Do we need ECA for Canadian degree?

Please clear my doubts folks.
Thanks :-)

1. You will write the time as mentioned in your degree/diploma. Then while writing its ECA equivalency, you will select the equivalency as mentioned in your report.
2. You correctly mentioned NO. Just tick it as current undergoing study so it will not ask for an end date. Explain it in LoE so that it is clear to the VO. You do not need ECA for Canadian degree/diploma.

You only need to mention your bachelor's and above qualification. 12th and 10th not required.
You can mention Bachelors but as you have not got its ECA done, you can answer no in the section where it asks "Have you done ECA for this qualification".
