Express Entry education confusion

Greetings of the day,
I am bit confuse about the express entry "education" options while creating express entry, I studied BBA for 3 years in India and 2 post grad two year programs in Ontario, Canada. Please help me decide which options to choose from.
Bachelors degree three or more or two or more certificates in option 4) Enter the highest level of education for which you: and 4b) Have you earned a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate?

Have you done ECA? What is mentioned in your ECA report? You must mention accordingly.
