Got my BG CHK change IP -> NN , waiting for the Golden Email .

Got my PPR just 2 days back, before I could go for a drink that night, My Company decided to send me back to India
Project renewal didnt happen and budget issues. They are asking me to leave in 2 weeks.
I have though sent my Passport to Ottawa office, may be even i can say that i dont have my passport and delay my travel. But not sure how well it might work coz sometimes they would ask me to resign in that case or even terminate :

1. In ideal situation, How long it takes to get the passport back with Visa stamped?
2. Can I go for Landing immediately (may be next day) after receiving my passport?
3. After completing landing procedure, how long it takes to get the PR card?
4. Can I try to switch company without PR card? will it be sufficient to make the move with landing papers?

sorry for the job, you should be getting your passport in a week or 2, and yes let your company know that you do not have your passport and waiting to get it back from immigration canada.yes you can go landing the very next day, and after that you should be able to look for any job.

Note that you don't need to wait for the PR card to look for another job, once you landed (CoPR form is signed and stamped) you are a considered to be a PR so you may start looking for any other job. You'll, however, need your PR card to travel internationally so if you're thinking of doing any internacional travel within the next few weeks perhaps you should do that NOW and land as soon as you get back ;-)

Yes.

But you will need card to enter back afaik.

Some people go for a shor landing - then go back home.

Yes, you can. However, to return back, you need your PR card. If you don't have your PR card, then you have to apply for a one time Permanent Resident Travel Document (PRTD) to from the country that you are in to come back to Canada.

Don't complicate things my dear. It's a long process to just risk it like that. Why do you need to live? Just wait for your card and look for another job. Just my opinion but of course you may have your reasons to consider such a risky move. May God give you direction!
