I think the other way round. File never moved to LVO and this is BG IP before the PPR.

i just recently got an email from cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca saying that this is me UCI number and my file has left their office and moved to London Visa Office . However my background change still remains as NN, hoping for rprf request and in progress update same like MZASAM above in the upcoming week.

Lucky you. LVO is much faster compared to OTTAWA VO. Good luck

Thats why I said some files never moved to LVO so they already got IP and you will get it from LVO.

How, when, under what criteria the changes happen can't be predicted.

We need to patiently wait and watch the progress and act according to IRCC request for RPRF etc.
