Express Entry Draw

I feel suddenly there is a slow down in the process of draw .. the last draw ( 8th round ) happened on 17th , after that nothing has moved so far ..the stats that I could collect is like this :

It is now 23rd day that we have not heard any in respect to invites / draw .. any clues ?? I mean I could not establish any logic both in respect to gaps in between and the points as well .. Points is understandable as everyday there are fresh applications being submitted and hence points can go up and down.. but what about the next draw of lucky numbers ?? Any idea ??

Actually, no body knows or even assume what CIC could do next draws :

If CIC planned to make 16 draws only in 2015, this means half of draws has happened and CIC doesn't care about the number of candidates.

If CIC keep choosing people who have a job offer with LMIA or nomination only, that means no hope for people who try from outside Canada.

If CIC keep choosing only high score's people over 453 points only, that means they don't care about labor shortage to fill all gaps.

We can keep assuming and thinking as many as we can but in fact CIC and Express Entry will remain out of prediction

That was the spring part of the season. Now waiting for the autumn part.
