Express Entry Draw September 2023

Hello everyone. I understand that it is impossible to predict whether there will be more express entry draws, but maybe someone has any thoughts? It’s impossible to just sit and wait without understanding what’s happening. (with all my respect to the guys whose cases ended up in the backlog and have not been considered for more than a year).
I understand that the quota for 2023 is almost over. does this mean that the draws will now only take place in 2024?

They won't shut it entirely down for the year. 1-2 draws are likely to happen.
