Express Entry - Do you have a job offer?

Hi everyone, I am creating my Express Entry profile. I am on PGWP and have one question, what to write in Express Entry profile question that asks “do you have a job offer?”
Some people say that section is only for LMIA people so it’s a NO for PGWP candidate and some say no matter what you have you have(PGWP or LMIA) to write YES

Please help me with this confusion.

I have one follow up question, I created my express entry profile yesterday and I selected All Provinces in it, aft we I submitted my profile, it shows ‘not met’ in PNP. Did I do something wrong? Why it’s says not met?

If there's no nomination from PNP, then it will give a Not Met status.
