Hello guys ,
I got my invitation on 1st May , 2020
And I got 90 days to submit my full application .
But usually it’s 60 days.
My questions are
1. Is it because of the pandemic ?
2. Is it a glitch of some kind ? Or are they actually giving 90 days ?
please shed some light on this .

They've extended for everyone due to the pandemic. I would suggest you still try to submit as soon as you have everything in order so they can begin processing your application.

Yes, so
There are multiple options
1. If you have a family member there , ask them to get issued from a SSP office or your local police station. Also , you can get it from your passport office .
The easiest will be to get it from your local police station.
Make sure you spend your family member a copy of your passport , Indian driving licence , pan card , adhar card and so on , basically anything that proves that you lived at that address .
