So even if I end up getting the ITA next year, it will be fine if my letter is a few months old?

it shouldnt be an issue per se. Its totally fine to have the letter in hand once you resigned. As long as the letter is in the correct format it should be okay regardless of the date. What if the company closes down before you get your ITA, I wouldn't take that chance lol

I know people who got PNP. Only few consultants in SL do PNP.

I have got my ECA. My Summary Says "Completion of a college-level certificate (One Year) and bachelor's degree (three years)"
Does this means I can claim two or more certificates?
