Hello everyone, I have a question about Express Entry for Canada. My partner and I applied for permanent residency as common-law partners, and we received an invitation to apply.
When i created the profile, I indicated that my partner had no education because we didn't want to do the WES equivalency and already had enough points. However, he completed a one-year program in Canada, but since it was a certificate, we thought it wasn't significant and didn't include it.
Now, we've realized that this program is equivalent to a one-year diploma. Could we be penalized for this? Would it be considered a misrepresentation to have declared 'no education'? Is it possible to correct this now in our application? Thank you for your advice!
