Express Entry BC - International Graduate Question

Hi,

I graduated from a school in Edmonton in April 2016. After a year of searching for work I started a temporary contract with the City of Vancouver in a NOC B level position. My contract was initially from April 2017 until Oct 2017. It has been then renewed until April 2018. I just found news that my contract will be renewed again until April 2019. The question is can I enter in the BC PNP Express Entry streams or only the federal streams? Thanks.

You need a job offer that is not contract base (unless you are applying for BC TechPilot program) for BC PNP and you need a one year work experience from at least one of the qualified NOC under the express entry.
