Express Entry as a contractor

Hi,

I am hired by a US staffing agency, but my work is for one their clients which is a Canadian company. I have been working under a Post Graduation Work Permit. I also receive T4 tax forms and pay taxes in Canada.

I am filling out my Express Entry profile, but I am unsure about a few things:

1. Does this count as work done in Canada or the US? I'm wondering how to include it in the work history section.
2. Can I use this position as a valid job offer?
