I am married & living in USA based on H1B work permit and my wife lives in Canada who is Canadian permanent resident. can i apply directly express entry program if i m eligible to apply for express entry with single status in CIC profile (without showing married status though i m married)? is it legal to do? or do i have to show married status there? does it make sense by applying with single status if eligible?
Any advantages or disadvantages if i do?
