Express entry application ineligible

Hello wondering if anyone can help me, when I did the online checker for myself and my husband we were found eligible and directed to make a profile, I've also spoken to a few agents and they said our application would get around 410 points but now that I've filled it in, it's come back as ineligible. I'm pretty sure I have filled it in properly. Is this something that happens.? Is the real application harsher or tougher than the one on the cic website? I'm gutted, my husband is taking his ielts test in two weeks so I will try the application again with his results.

Have you done your ECA ...i too had got it ineligible when i tried first..it was because i did not hav eca

No Aunty acid I haven't done the eca yet , I thought I could do it after submitting the online profile. But I will get that done asap and maybe submit a new one when I have my husbands ielts test results. Thanks

Both your language test result and ECA need to be completed before you can create your EE profile.
