Express entry Application got rejected due to Original PCC

Hi All,

I got an update from IRCC, stating that your application is cancelled due to the fact that you didn't submit the original PCC scan copy of Costa Rica.
I had Costa Rica PCC in Spanish, which I got translated in English with official translation agency of Ontario. I have attached only translated version, as I have read if PCC is not in English then it must be translated.

Is there any chance/way I can reattach/share the original scan copy of "PCC of Costa Rica" with IRCC and get my application processed.

Please help if any of you have came across such situation.

If your score is still above the trending cutoff, better to re enter the pool and resubmit the application. Chances of reopening a cancelled application by CIC are very slim and will waste your energy and time. If your score has dropped below cutoff, then you can raise a webform to try your luck.

The instructions are clearly stating that one should submit both the original paper and the translated one.

Providing that the translation was done by a certified translator

thanks buddy.. for now after discussion with IRCC I submitted web form including original and translated copy, hoping Visa officer will re-consider the processing of my case. If not then will go for new application.

Hello everyone! One question: for all documents that are not in English, we must submit translation. I got my translation done by ATIO certified translator. She sent me package which includes the following: statement from translator, English translation and black&white copy of original (all of these has her ATIO stamp and signature). So now question: I need to upload scan of original in colour + ATIO package (including 3 documents as I mentioned before)?
Do I still need to get certified copy of the original as well?
This is so confusing (I am applying from inside Canada). Thanks!
