Hello Guys, I got the ITA on Dec 22nd, but i was working in Quebec, and i cannot apply for PR while in Quebec, so i thought of declining the invitation in the last day, but today i got what i was expecting... a job offer in BC, and going to move to BC in May 2017. Now I have 14 days left to submit the application. I went into GIC and it asks for new questions, like height and eye color... please clear some of my doubts below...

1. It asked for "Please tell us about applicants immediate family members that have not been identified in the application"

What is this, I am applying for PR only for me... And I understand I have to list all my immediate family members, but my doubt is, my parents are right now in Canada on visitor visa, and will be leaving in a few months ... so what should i put in "country of residence" and province and city....

2. I got my PCC on March 28th 2016, and so if i am applying this week, is this PCC good... its less than 1 year old.... I have no time to get a new PCC any way.... so can i apply with this PCC and then maybe update to new one if they ask...

3. I have the new job offer letter from a company in BC, that is the only proof i can show about moving outside of quebec... is that good... or do i have to wait till may 2017, move to BC, sign a lease and then apply with more proof...

Any advice, much appreciated...
Thank you

Thanks

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
1 - They are only visiting Canada, state the country where they reside.

2 - Not clear enough, PCC from which country - if it's Canada then it is not needed in the first place.

3 - You will be requested a letter of intent during processing and you'll have to explain your intentions of residing outside of Quebec. Having a job offer in paper could prove sufficient but I can't guarantee it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply...

1. So for my parents, i have to put India as the residing country... and sister lives here, she is a PR here, so I should put Canada for her, Right???

2. PCC from India... After receiving the PCC March 28th last year , i did not leave Canada....

3. By the time, I hope i will be outside of Quebec...
