Express Entry application - Cancelled because incomplete

Hello guys I would appreciate some advice.
I have applied for PR under CEC stream.
Here is my timeline:
ITA: march 18-2021
AOR: march 23-2021
schedule A - IMM 5669 request: march 31-2021 (deadline given 7 days - april 7, 2021)
I have filled IMM 5669 form signed it and uploaded it today april 1 -2021 at 5:00 AM in the morning.
By 7:00 AM i got a mail from IRCC. so i logged in and i saw that my application is cancelled due to incomplete.
it is clear that i have uploaded the document before the deadline. So i called the customer care and they said they have sent a reconsideration request in case of a mistake.
I have raised a webform from my end explaining my situation, hoping it was a mistake. Since, it has been only 3 hours since i uploaded the document. Do I wait for the reply from the IRCC?
or shall i start a new application process?
Please give remarks or suggestions of what to do in this situation. any help is much appreciated.
Has this happened to anyone before?

You can search in the forums, there’s a handful of cases where IRCC made a clear mistake of canceling the app and have successfully reopened their apps. You just need to wait. Did you raise a webform asking IRCC to reopen?

What did your letter say?

Thank you for your reply.
I have raised the webform asking them if its a technical glitch and if its a mistake on their side. I have also called the IRCC customer care and made them raise a reconsideration request from their end. I am right now waiting for the reply.

How many days are they taking now to give a reply now a days?.

Oh and a small update. I believe i got a ghost update this evening at around 4PM saying "we updated your application status", but nothing changed in my account.

As for the letter here is what they said:


""Dear Pramod:

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has reviewed your application for permanent residence. We have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of a complete application as described in sections 10 and 12.01 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Your application is rejected for being incomplete.

Specifically, your application does not include the following elements:

- Schedule A
o You have not provided a complete Schedule A as requested. Your application has been reviewed based on the information that was provided with your application and is considered incomplete.

Note: A full review of your application was not performed. There may be other elements, not identified above, which may also be missing or incomplete.
Biometric Instruction.""

I believe it may have come to this conclusion due to one of the two reasons:

Either

It is a technical glitch or a mistake on their end, which works in my favor (really hope so......)

Or

they considered the form i uploaded incomplete for some reason (But i checked 10 times before uploading the document).

Please let me know what you think. Thank you.

If you are asking about missing something in the form ? i didnt miss anything i filled everything.

Hello bhoomika 2701,
In my case I had to create a new profile and submit a new application from the scratch.
My old one was canceled.
